Artists Slide Registry Information

The North Dakota Art Gallery Association invites all artists to become individual members of NDAGA with Artists Portable Slide Registry privileges. Our membership is open to all artists working in any medium or combination of media.    
  The Registry provides excellent opportunities for artists to have gallery and museum personnel and corporate buyers preview their work. Join our cooperative venture to improve artist and gallery communications!  Members’ promotional materials are kept in an actively promoted Artists Portable Slide Registry. The Association selects artists from the Registry for traveling exhibitions and pays them an honorarium.
  We promote the Registry at every opportunity, finding exhibitions for professional artists. We attend regional conferences and the meetings of other art organizations to share the Registry and our program of traveling exhibitions. We work hard to establish artist and gallery connections for possible exhibition.
  The Association's nonprofit members have scheduled a yearly average of 55 exhibition venues for the last three years. These traveling exhibitions are promoted throughout the Midwest to regional gallery and museum directors and curators. 
  When you join our organization at the individual level, your $25 fee entitles you to a year’s membership in the Registry. Your membership fee includes being presented on this web site for one year. Exhibition proposals of twenty slides, artist statements, and promotional materials are customary.
  To complete your file, please send your artist statement, resume, twenty slides, support materials, and membership fee to the address at the bottom of this screen.
