Formerly known as the Putnam Cultural Heritage Association, the Putnam House
serves a way to expose the community of Carrington, ND to more cultural events.
,Its most outstanding accomplishment is that it is one of the few organizations that
operate on interest income from the original endowment for the Putnam House.
Putnam hosts 2-3 NDAGA exhibits yearly. The Putnam House also works with area
art teachers in providing art demonstrations throughout the year.
